My new fave watch i got this case with the 18mm braclet & i just love the combo this just perfect for everyday i think the diamond face case was just too elegant i needed sumthin kute & casual for everyday wear so happy with my purchase

Prostimeless, luxurious
I have the Gold one and it is the most luxurious and beautiful watch I own. I find it to be very chic, especially since gold is so on trend right now, yet still timeless. I have only had it for a short time, so If it ends up falling apart in a year I will definitely be writing a very different review. However right now I love it and Nordstrom has a great return and warranty policy on jewelry if Michelle does no, so I think I'll be OK.
I went into Nordstrom mid October, looking for a Michele watch for a gift. I wasn't sure what style or type of band I wanted to purchase. The second I walked up to the counter, a salesman was there to help me. I told him it was for a Christmas gift and I wasn't quite ready to make the purchase, that I was just looking. He began to show all me the different styles and informed me that there would be a trunk show at the beginning of December, and that day was also a 10 times point day, if I wanted to come check more inventory out then.
We exchanged emails, and within a few days he had emailed me with a full description of the event, a look book of all the watches that would be available, and his phone number if I had any questions. Over the next month we emailed back and forth and I let him know what style of face and band I was interested.
When it came time for the show, it happened to be on a Thursday, and was only going on until 6pm. I had to work and wouldn't be able to make it to the store until around 7/7:15. There was a private Nordstrom party beginning at 7pm that night as well. We went back and forth over email all day, and he made it a priority to get me on the guest list for the event, and have my watch waiting for me when I arrived.
I have never been treated this well at any other store. He made me feel so special, and made sure that I received the highest level of customer service. Everything was made so easy and stress free. I now have someone who I feel I can reach out to regarding any product and he will make it happen! Really made my holiday season, and I cant wait to give the Deco watch as a gift!

Prosstylish, bold, timepiece
I give this watch 5 stars because it's perfect. At first i was nervous the size may be too big, but it makes a great statement on my wrist. The quality and look is worth every penny. Purchased with the two tone bracelet band and looks great!
