'Sonja' Patent Leather Clog

I was very hesitant to buy these clogs at first due to a bad experience I have had with Dansko clog I had bought from a uniform store many years ago; where that clog I think must have not had a good arch support, because I would start to have low back pain the minute I put the shoes on, and pain would go away when I took the clogs off; so needless to say, I thought I was done wit Danskos for good. So for many years I was lucky to have had two other brand name clogs that were made in Sweden, that were comfortable and provided what I needed in a clog, until the quality of those clogs changed for the worst; just like every thing else out there, the company started to make those clogs somewhere else, and the quality and comfort of those clogs took a nosedive for the worse. So I made a decision to buy any clogs from Nordstrom website that looked comfortable, and low and behold these Dansko clogs were close to the look I had in mind, except the name. Nevertheless, after reading some of the reviews, I decided to give Dansko a try again, and I am glad I did. The clogs have a nice arch support and they feel so comfortable, I am still wearing them since I had taken them out of their box earlier today. Thanks Nordstrom for having quality Danskos and for fast shipment, also thanks Dansko for making the clogs much better.
This is my second pair of Dansko clogs. I wore the first pair out after 10 years. Easy on the feet if you do a lot of standing or walking. Nice on a plane, as you can slide your feet in and out easily. Highly recommend!
I work in the health care field 12 hours each shift. I don't wear anything else except my Dansko. They are very comfortable and sturdy.I have 3 different styles that are in my rotation.
I am a life long Dansko wearer. I normally wear the closed back professional clogs for my nursing job. I bought the patent leather open back clogs just for wearing around. They are very comfortable, stay on my feet, don't make any noise and are the same size I always wear in Dansko. The only thing that's happening is that the patent leather is getting those white scuffs. I have to find out how to get rid of those.
