#509 is a very pretty pink color to wear during the spring/summer season. The consistency is a bit more sheer and moisturizing than other GA lipsticks I have. It doesn't feel too thick, look matted or bleed when applied. Perfect for the hot, humid weather of Houston.

Prosbeautiful color, little too oily
I was in search of a particular medium pinkish brownish tone that I wanted and my gal from Nordies found this Giorgio Armani brand #301. I loved the color cuz it was exactly what I was looking for, but...unfortunately, I found that this lipstick bleeds around the edges. So bummed! Maybe it doesn't happen to everyone. My gal said it's possibly too much oil in it for me. On to find another drier brand. :-((

Prosmoisturizing, long-wearing, creamy
Color is superb and goes on creamy. Texture remains the same from the time you apply it.
I was looking for a shade similar to Bobbie Brown's Nude lip gloss but in a lipstick. I don't feel the colors on computer monitors are very accurate so I went into Nordstrom's Fashion Square for a look. The gentleman at the Dior counter was soooo helpful and although we didn't find a good Dior shade for me, we eventually settled on the Armani #500. It came the closest to the natural-looking plummy pinkish slightly brownish --- it's so hard to describe lipstick colors! -- but it definitely doesn't have any orange tones which don't work on my very fair skin with pink tones. Very happy with my shopping experience and love the light, creamy texture of my first Armani lipstick! Thank you, Mr. Dior man!
