Proslightweight, comfortable, soft, easy care
For hot weather nothing beats cotton. These pants are doubled so there is no show-through yet they are light as air. Wish it came in more colors for summer. They wash beautifully and don't need to be ironed after coming out of the dryer. It's hard to find cotton pants that are lightweight and comfortable. Wish they came in more colors for summer. I'm 5'1", 105lbs and ordered the XS … only needs to be shortened.

I've been looking for years for a pair of feather light white pants to take on an annual trip to the tropics. These are perfect for my needs. Slim in the waist/hip, then flaring but so soft they drape well and don't feel as if there is too much fabric. I'm 5' 5" and can't carry off something too full, and don't look well in wide-leg pants that are gathered at the waist. Because the fullness on these begins at the high hip, they fall perfectly. I tried them on with tops of all lengths, from tee shirts to longer linen shirts and all looked great, even with the full leg. The waistband can be work high or folded over. The legs are two layers of very soft cotton, hemmed individually at different lengths so that the inside layer is longer than the outside--a nice touch. The double thickness avoids any see-through problems. I haven't washed these yet, so can't speak to shrinkage, but if they pull up an inch or so, they'll be perfect for me. I ordered the same pants in black but sent them back, though they were equally nice. The black ones just didn't have the airy tropical feel I was seeking.

Prosflowy and cute, slimming
I'm a size 12 at 180lbs and am very happy with the fit of the large size. I was worried that they'd be too tight, but they are roomy and flowy. I'm 5"4 so they will have to be hemmed, but that is easy enough. Very good quality fabric and construction. I got the black and they are light and airy without being see through. I'm going to buy another set in white!
