I ordered these pants in neon blue because they were on sale. I have a similar pair in brown, which I love. I like the look of the double layers and the long length. I need comfortable pants for sitting in meditation and these are great. I wear clogs so I can easily take on and off my shoes at the temple. The pants are long enough so that the clogs look ok with them. These 100% cotton pants came pre-washed, so they are a bit smaller than my brown pair that are a cotton blend. They will be fine as long as they don't shrink any more. I wasn't sure about ordering this bright color as I generally gravitate toward neutrals, but I am enjoying matching them with different neutrals and shades of blue. It is a fun color and I'm glad I got them.

I agree with the other reviewers: light, comfortable, good for hot weather and indoor air conditioning, and no show through (at least not in papaya or blue). I'm size 4 to 6, and I bought size small. I'd say the pants are true to size if worn below the naval as shown in the picture.
These are designed so that the bottom (lining) layer is a bit longer than the top layer, as the photo shows.
A caution about the color if ordering online. On my screen, 'papaya' seemed to be a fairly bright red-orange. The actual color is a muted coral pink. The blue is more of a sky blue, not really 'neon'. Although colors can be tricky on screen, I haven't had such a large discrepancy with other things. So I deducted on star for poor color presentation.

These pants are so comfortable, and could be used as lounge pants, or with the right top, could be a dressier outfit. I am 5'7, and a size 4/6. I got the medium, and they fit perfectly. I usually like things slightly looser. Other people my size would probably like the look/fit of the small. With it having cotton in it, I wanted to be safe!

110 degrees in the summer? These are the perfect pants for day or evening. I got the black ones in a large (regularly size 10-12, 5'8") and they will work with flats or midheels. Good fit with a waistline that can be adjusted up or down to fit whatever top you're wearing or fitness level you're feeling. I'm kind of worried that the black cotton might fade but the sale person assures me that Hard Tail will last. Expensive for running around in, but I haven't found anything else like them, so will give it a try.
