I have the priviledge of buying shoes for my granddaughter who has special needs. She requires a shoe that will give her ample support and make it easier for her to walk at an easy gate. She gets a new pair of Teva sandals every year and just loves them. She picks them out on the website and anxiously awaits for their arrival.

My daughter wore these everyday last summer. I am buying them again this summer. She has wide feet and is extremely picky about the comfort of these shoes. She wore these with dresses and shorts, to the beach, in the backyard, all over! I washed them multiple times with Oxy because she got them so dirty but they came out looking great! We love these sandles! Last year I bought my son a different brand of sandals. His shoes were smelling horrible by the end of the summer no matter how much I cleaned them. My daughter's never smelled! I think I will buy him the Teva's this year.

The first pair cracked when my daughter tripped over a root. She fell and was not harmed at all, so it couldn't have been that serious. The second pair lasted about two months before the top of the sole started getting unglued. Luckily, the straps were still holding the foot, so the sandals were usable. We were on an island without a shoe store for 8 weeks, so imagine the inconvenience. In short, definitely not the quality we learned to expect from adult Tevas, but luckily the same warranty.
