I bought these for my trip to Hawaii

I bought these and wore them the entire time I was in Hawaii. They were perfect!!! The arch support made them super comfortable and were a good walking flip flop. I was also able to hike on beach trails and on rocks without slipping. Also I have a wide foot and these fit perfectly. I highly recommend.

not the same quality

I am an avid flip flop wearer and have a pair of these that are 8 years old…fabulous! The last pair which were Anniversary Sale were not the same quality. Tried again this year and the exact same size is half an inch shorter. Quality control problems…beware.

Oversized straps ON THIS PAIR

Not sure if the pair I received are defective. I added three photos. I already own (and love) one pair of this brand.
If you look closely you can see that the straps on the new pair (light blue) are much larger. Both have the same style name but you can see that the stitching on the straps of the pink ones are different.
Went ahead and ordered another pair in same light blue color and one in white. Going to return ones pictured above. Hope it’s just a manufacturing defect and the new ones fit well.
I’m a size 8.5. Reviews said to order a size 8. My pink flip flops are a size 8. Agree, if you are between sizes then order the 1/2 size down.

I like the arch support but I don’t know what the big deal is about these flip flops. I’m keeping mine because I need a pair my old one died.
