I bought two of these for mild support after reconstructive surgery following a mastectomy. These met the surgeon's requirement for no underwire but provide enough support for both the breast with an implant and the other with a lift, and is prettier than the bras sold by medical-type suppliers. These are lightweight and comfortable, do not bind, and are cool in the hot Phoenix weather,. I expect to continue to wear these after I "graduate" to regular bras. It's a stretchy bra so has a lot of give - don't expect firm support. But it meets my needs and is very reasonably priced.

I recently had a breast reduction and lift. I needed a bra that was comfortable and would still provide support. I still have healing to do so I cannot wear underwire and don't need padding due to the lift. I tried this bra and I absolutely love it. It's extremely comfortable and still sexy. I am a 34 D and purchased a medium. I've since purchased this in black and nude.
