I had purchased this to replace a less expensive brand that I'd been using for a while. I had high expectations and it has not lived up. I don't feel like it exfoliates as well and I've actually noticed more frequent break outs. It doesn't clean my face much better than just using a washcloth. Manufacturer has a 90 day money back guarantee and I'm planning to return it.

I just received this for Christmas. I wasn't sure if I would keep it because my skin is so sensitive and both my parents have rosacea. I brought to my store to possibly return. I ended having an amazing, educational conversation with a sales associate. Based on that, I'm keeping it and have been using it, every other day, once a day. She said that it is possible that my skin might become a bit irritated but will then calm down. So far, that hasn't happened and I love it. I also use it on my bikini area and it's helped prevent in grown hairs. She said to charge for 24 hrs prior to using, as instructed, and to NOT charge again until it starts to die. Otherwise the battery will be compromised from overheating. She suggested that I consider getting the cashmere head/brush in the future, which I will do when it's time for a new one. Randomly, the other night, my husband said my skin was glowing. He has no clue about the Mia; it's working!
