I think this boot runs a little big, which is okay with me since it gives them extra room to grow. What I did not like is the bottom sole is really hard. It does not have any padding at all and seems to me that there in no difference wearing this shoe than walking barefoot on concrete or a hard surface. The sole does not seem like a true sole made for walking on outside surfaces. For this reason I sent it back. I love UGGs and have several pairs myself and have also purchased them for my toddler. I will wait until my baby can fit into the regular UGGs with a real sole. I would only recommend this for babies who do not walk yet.

Love,love, love these on my daughter. She is 1 year old and I thought she would have trouble walking in them. Not at all... She runs, dances, and plays in them. When she wore them, we received many compliments.
