Finally, I have found aviators that don't overwhelm my face! After searching for years now, I have discovered a pair of aviator-style sunglasses that are not too large for my face and whose lens-shape does not "drag down" my face. I have petite features and a regular to small-sized head/face which results in my having a tough time pulling off cool, stylish sunglasses, in general (I regularly look like one of the 3 blind mice when I wear sunglasses!). These glasses were perfect for me. The gold / brown color combo is soft, flattering and complementary to my blonde hair and olive-colored (tan in summer) skin tone. Further, the glasses are extremely comfortable. I definitely recommend them, especially if you have trouble pulling off the more traditional aviator-style.
These aren't super low, like the "classic" aviators and so they make for a good alternative for people who don't look good in the classic shape. They seem well made and sturdy.

The product was just fine, but that is not the issue. I ordered this item along with other items and when I ordered it , it was guarantee Christmas Delivery. It was not delivered in time for the holiday, in which I had to purchase something else for the recipient. Very disappointed with that. I am a frequent shopper of Nordstroms and have never had any issues prior to this. I do understand with the holidays, this kind of problem happens, but if I was informed , i would of never ordered it.

New Classic compares to Bubble Wrap aviator
i really love this New Classic! almost aviator sunglasses seem to be huge for my small round face and they leave marks on my cheeks. but this aviator is totally different, i don't get any problem at all. its a bit smaller (lenses about 1.75" H) than the Bubble Wrap aviator; lightweight and very comfortable! i got the Silver, go with everything, cute aviator =')
