I ordered this dress according to the chart and it was so big it was falling off of me. I really liked the dress so I returned it for the next size down. I could not believe the difference in just one size. Now the dress was too ... something. The skirt part of the dress was perfect but the top was too big and too small at the same time. It is very low plunge and because of the ill fit it gaped open even though it felt too big in the shoulders. My bra showed. I tried to figure out a way to pin it or tack it up so I wouldn't show so much cleavage but it just would not pull together well. I am very disappointed. For such an expensive dress, you would think it would be better fitting.

The dress is so beautiful. I ordered my size and it is great! I just have to take up at the shoulder and take one row off the bottom. Very easy to alter! I Love ,Love it! I was afraid to order on line. Now I don't have to worry! Very easy to do. Great, I will do it again it came within days.

I cannot say enough good things about this gown. Adrianna Papell knows how to make plus size gowns, and this dress is no exception.
- EXTREMELY figure-flattering. As a 14W, I have some lumps and bumps that I'm self-conscious about. This gown is fitted througout, but the beautiful jersey pleats conceal every imperfection while showing off my shape. I don't worry about sucking in my gut! - Long. I'm 5'11 and it's a challenge to find gowns that don't look short. The dress falls just as it does on the model. Alternatively, if you are shorter, it is easy to remove the pleats. - Well-made. For the price, this dress is high-quality. The lace bodice looks elegant, not cheap. - Perfect for formal events. I don't like to wear black to weddings, especially in the summer, but this dress is perfect since the lace breaks up the black. - Bust is flattering. We see too often strapless gowns or spaghetti strap gowns that are just not feasible for busty women. I'm thrilled to wear a normal, supportive bra to enhance the bust, and not worry about the girls popping out or sagging down :)
This dress is made for plus size women. If you've seen the 'skinny' model wearing the dress, she doesn't look that great compared to the plus model. This dress is so lovely, that my Mom even has it (she is 64, 18W) and it looks spectacular on her as well.
The compliments are always overwhelming. This gown is elegant and classic.
