This dress is so flattering on. I look and feel balanced in it--the top does not draw too much attention and the shutter pleats seem to magically make my hips look a little smaller. Although I haven't worn it for my event yet, it seems that it will be comfortable the whole night through.
While the length is fine and seems to work for a variety of heights, if I could perfect the dress in any way, it would be to add an inch or two to the bottom for this tall gal who likes to wear tall shoes.

I'm in love with this dress! I followed the measurement guide got a size 20 and it was perfect. the bodice material was much softer than I thought it would be which made it more comfy than I thought it would be!!!.... Got tons of complements just like everyone else.. I thought it might be bulky around the hips but because the material is soo soft It wasnt at all.. This was my first online evening dress and I hope to have just as much luck in the future!!!

After reading the reviews, I decided to purchase this dress last minute for a black tie event. The right dress is difficult to find for a pluz size person like me. I am in-between sizes (I am 5'7" - 18W and 20W) so I ordred the 20W - I would have been fine in the 18W. I tried it on the minute I received it and my jaw dropped...It is VERY flattering, I swear it dropped 20 pounds off of me. I received so many compliments on the dress; people literally stopped me and commented on how beautiful I looked; for a plus size girl a comment like that is a confidence booster! I felt like a MILLION bucks wearing this dress. I will be looking again next year and hope to find another dress like this one. I highly recommend this dress to anyone, it's beautiful!
