Great Product, Terrible Packaging

My review is very similar to so many others. This serum is magical on my 59 year old skin. I have tried so many other brands and keep coming back to EA Prevage Serum. BUT, until the packaging is changed I am on a search for a worthy serum in a better dispenser. This is a pricey product and the packaging should allow the product to be fully used. The pump quit working and I could not break into the canister to get to the remaining serum. It appears that EA has a difficult time listening to her customers. I would be a life-long, dedicated customer if the packaging changed on many of these products.
