this is an amazing antioxidant serum, and it really works on my skin. but the pump didn't work the first time when i unpacked it. after searching on the internet i found a way to fix it. you can turn the bottle upside down, and hit the pump on the hand for about 5 to 10 times, and that's it!

Excellent Product - Terrible Packaging

I am so SAD.....I LOVE this product, but HATE the bottle it is in. I read the other reviews and thought "it can't really be that bad"....it is. If I had paid less for the product, I would not be writing this review. The serum is worth every penny. My problem with it is not so much the pump tube, it's the fact that (1) you can't tell when it is low (yes, it has a clear line that is supposed to be the indicator, but it's not accurate because serum sticks to the sides, leaving you to believe you have more then you actually do) and (2) Even if the clear line was accurate, it wouldn't matter because there is absolutely no way of getting all of the serum out of the bottle. I had to throw away serum left in the bottle. Until the packaging is changed, I just can't see purchasing it again. I hope I can find another EA product that works as well as this one. Not getting my hopes up. I hate not recommending this, but I have to for now.

I just received this a little over a week ago so I can't comment on its long term effects for wrinkles and fine lines but it does feel light and nice on my skin. I tend to have some shine after using most moisturizers and with this one I haven't yet.

i love the products and have been using it for years but the cost for amount you get is way too pricey,so looking for a cheaper product but good
