Agree with previous reviewers about the need for better packaging for what is an expensive but great product. The best solution was the jar; it was easy to open and showed how much of the product was left. The pump has a high failure rate and detracts from the good experience of using the serum.

Love the product, hate the packaging

I have been using Prevage for at least 10 years now. I think this serum is exceptional but I have had issues with the packaging on several occasions. I had to pry the pump top off the last bottle because the pump stopped working. It is infuriating to have to wrestle with the bottle to get the product out. Why can't EA fix this very annoying problem that so many of us have complained about?

This is a terrific serum. I can definitely tell a difference with my complexion and helps to minimize my wrinkles. I highly recommend this product! Love it!

Proshow come nobody’s listening to us?
Have been an EA fan forover 50 years. I like using daily serum, but I don’t like the way they package this product. You can never tell when you are running out. So, I switched back to the capsules. Nothing more than to need product and find that it is all gone. I would highly recommend to EA to pkg this product differently. The “can’t see thru” bottles are not smart.
