Okay, never having worn Spanx before in my life I followed their size chart. Getting them on was comedy gold! I sent the first pair back and ordered up a size. Haven't got those yet. I have to say I LIKED how they made me look, but I like breathing too. So I hope sizing up does it for me.
This fits exactly how the sizing guide says it will. Took about an inch off both my waist and stomach and definitely smoothed out my hips and thighs. I got it to help my post-pregnancy body look good in a form-fitting dress for an upcoming wedding and the product does its job well!
I just had a baby about a month ago, and had fallen in love with the maternity spanx so I thought I would try these. I followed the size chart, but was in-between and about 2 lbs over the smaller size, so I went with the smaller as I'm still losing weight. These run smaller than I expected and I did find the top rolls down a bit but that could be because they fit a little too snug right now. I would recommend going with larger size if you are in between sizes.
