I love the high power Spanx. I should fit under you bra to avoid those dreaded roll downs. I prefer the high power because I hate muffin tops. These are a bit more constricting so get the original if you don't like that feeling.
Dresses that fit close to the body or that are made of very lightweight material can make the trunk area seem wavy. It's such a nice look to have a smooth trunk area with no panty lines or waistband evidence showing through a nice blouse or dress.
