I like to wear these with tight dresses. I am 5-7, 120, so according to the chart there's no way I should have bought size A. So I bought size B but hated wearing them since they came up way too high even though I am long-waisted. Just for kicks I tried size A, and they are so much better! Now they do the trick! Bottom line: go with what works, not by the size chart.
It does hold the stomach and still lets you go about your business as usual. I was skeptical but I gotta say that it really works and definitely needed for some of us with loose tummy like me. The only problem was that when you sit and then get up, it kinda gets bunched down but you have to simply straighten up by pulling it up. I just received it and used it once and so cannot say if it lasts long. Price seems quite fair...
