My weight is approximately 58-60 kilo so I got size B based on the size chart and it is so small I barely wore them.I would recommend them maybe after losing some weight.

I had tried a SPANX shaper before and found it to be fairly comfortable, but this particular model really doesn't work for me. The description says tummy control but I found it "controlled" everything BUT my tummy, which was more rounded in it than out of it! The high waist looks as if it should work and not roll, but roll it did, forming an uncomfortable band around my waist.
