This is a very high power spanx - but was tight over my diaphragm so I was light-headed. Recommend to try before purchasing!

Prosgreat garment, snug enough
I am five feet seven and a half inches tall and weigh 125 pounds. Following elective surgery my doctor suggested a compression garment and I chose this one.
It fit me perfectly and provided good compression on my lower abdominal area. One of the nurses mentioned that I could cut out the crotch panel for more convenience (since I was wearing it 24/7 except for showering and laundry), which I finally did. That helped a lot. But with normal use that wouldn't be necessary.
I highly recommend this. Very well made. Very good compression. No cutting or binding or rolling edges at the top or on the legs.
