i totally love this necklace! it is so cute and pretty, and matches everything. i was surprised it's only $38 because it looks so good and is great quality. it's also cool how there are two lengths you can wear it at. i thought the gold looked a lot more classy than the silver, even though i'm usually a silver girl.
This is a cute little necklace, perfect size and very tasteful. I have the letter E and have received many compliments. ONLY negative is that at this point (I've had the necklace maybe 6-8 months?) ALL of the stones in the clasp have fallen out. Fortunately, none of the stones in the E (the part that people actually see) have fallen out, so that's good and I can still wear it. But I am surprised that every single clasp stone is gone now... I treat all my jewelry with care and certainly am not harsh with anything. Otherwise this is a great necklace and I've gotten a lot of wear out of it.
I have purchased this necklace twice now. The first time I bought it, the chain broke within the first 24hrs. The second time I bought it, multiple crystals fell out within the first week. I love the look of this necklace but the quality is poor. Definitely not worth your money.

I recently purchased on-line two extraordinary pieces of jewelry that were beautiful in quality, design, & at a good price. I was completely satisfied with these purchases! My one disappointment however, was that I was purchasing these as gifts & would have liked them to be delivered in your signature Nordstrom's boxes with the silver ribbon bows without having to pay extra for this. Had I purchased these items in-store, I wouldn't have been charged extra. I feel this is a real disadvantage to me as your long time customer. I Also wanted my recipient of these gifts to receive them packaged in the typical signature gift boxes to impress them with the presentation. Please consider changing this policy, as I would love to continue to also be one if your on-line shoppers especially with the holidays coming soo.
