Best facial scrub ever!

Prosgentle, exfoliating, effective
This product was first recommended to me at a shop in Rome, as my husband and I were visiting Italy and none of our hotels had washcloths to exfoliate with! I was looking for a mild exfoliating product, but I had never heard of the Clarins brand nor this product. Well, their sales associate was right to recommend this product. Every other facial scrub I've used leaves my skin looking dry and peeling, even in the oily areas of my combination skin. This scrub is the opposite. It effectively removes all dry flakes from my face and leaves my entire face looking much fresher and firmer. LOVE!
I love this product! It is easy to use and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. I use it about once a week, but could probably use it twice a week without any problems.

10+ Years and Still Using It

I have been using this exfoliator for 10+ years and am so glad Clarins continues to make it. For reviewers who were disappointed after following the instructions on the box to leave it on for 5 minutes, it should be rubbed off just when it becomes tacky (maybe 2-3 minutes at most), and it comes off like pencil eraser shavings. If it's left to dry, it's crusty and removing it doesn't provide the exfoliation desired. In my opinion, it's the best and most gentle exfoliating product there is.

Best gommage

Clarins changed the name of this, but this is not a scrub. It is called a gommage, and in my opinion, is the best and most gentle way to exfoliate. Clarins also happens to make the best gommage. I am thrilled that they are still making this and hope that they never discontinue it.
