I bought the champagne dress for my daughter's wedding. The color was more of an ivory with a slight yellow tint to it. The dress is very pretty but my daughter and I decided to go with a different dress.

Love the dress; a bit roomy in the hips but then that's good right and pretty normal for me. It's for a summer wedding and outside at that and since I found out that it will be a long process with photos et al I'll need the coolness. To be specific I feel that a size 6 would have been a little tight in the bust and I didn't want that since I'm MOG. No issues with beading and shipping was super fast.

Prosspecial elegance
I read all the numerous helpful reviews on this dress and when it arrived I was thrilled with the fit and the look. I wanted a special dress for my 35th wedding anniversary dinner party and this dress definitely lives up to that. The only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars is because the material definitely needs a slip since it is very see through material in most lighting. It should have been lined most definitely. I loved the dress so much I got the perfect champagne colored slip from Nordstrom so that I could wear the dress., But that pushed the dress price up another $32. I am a size 4 and this dress fit me like a glove, true to size. No problem with the beads.

MOB dress- perfect!

I live in South Texas where it is normally hot most of the year. This was just right for a September early evening wedding. I found the fit true to size. I did wear a shaper to "hold things in place" as it is form fitting. I did notice a few beads coming off but only becuase I tried it on sooo many times while shopping shoes and jewelry but not enough to notice in the dress itself. It was perfect for the occasion as the mother of the bride. Compliments were many!
