Alcohol ravages!

At first I *loved* this serum so much after buying the 1 oz I just had to get the great deal on the 2.5 oz. The first month of use showed glowing skin, and I got many compliments and loved my skin. However, after that month is when things when downhill... I noticed my skin actually began sucking up everything I put on it--which is one of the serum's claims-- but my make-up and foundation looked pretty gross because of this. After doing research, I found out this happened because of the alcohol in the product, which is one of its main ingredients! Not "alcohol denatured" like many beauty products but true, straight-up rubbing alcohol, which at first seems to illuminate skin but in the long run really destroys it. I gave the two stars for Nordstrom's awesome business and return policies. The best shopping experience online.

I've used this product for several years, in combination with a drugstore AM and PM moisturizer (about $20 each). The large container lasted me a year and two months, when used at night only. I pump a drop onto a 2" square of plastic, so none of it gets absorbed by my non-applicating finger. The serum doesn't necessarily make a quick or radical change in your skin. Instead, it basically keeps your skin from showing its age. I have very little aging in my 50+ face (can't see my neck well enough to tell!) since I started using this serum. I can't say enough good things about it.

Bought this based off all the other great reviews...however this product isn't as thick as I typically like my eye cream - has more of a watery viscosity. I definitely did NOT see any immediate luminosity or improvements...however the description does say "over time", so I will continue to use this and await the renewal process. This does absorb quickly enough to apply in AM about 10 mins before putting on makeup. Will continue to use and hope for youth!

Don't throw away your money!

Prosdoes nothing
I bought this thinking because of the price it must do something. I was very wrong about this product. It doesn't do anything at all. Save your money and buy neosporin eczema cream. A little dab at night will heal your skin.
