Proslightweight, absorbs quickly, intensive
This serum is the reason I have gotten "your skin looks great!" compliments for the first time, EVER. I have been cursed with oily, acne-prone skin my entire life but after finding a couple of great cleansing products (Kate Somerville's Exfolikate and Kerstin Florian's Moor Mud Masque) I was able to rein in my acne, and even enjoy some weeks where I didn't have any obvious pimples! Huzzah! However it was not until I started using the Bio-Performance serum at night that the compliments started rolling in. I look forward to putting this on each night and waking up to amazing, youthful skin each morning! Thank you Shiseido!

Prosabsorbs quickly
I have been using it for a few days now. I bought it back in November but because I am not thrilled with the texture of it I went back to using another product. Now that I ran out of the alternative I am back to this one. The main thing that throws me off is the consistency of the serum. I am more used to gel-like consistency, so you know that you spread it over your face. This serum is quite think, almost like cream. It also absorbs fast, so I am not even sure if I get it over my entire face or just a small area. I have not seen dramatic results yet. Unless I see something magical, after I finish this product I will be going to back to my CD serum
Thick, doesn't absorb well, slick, skin irritating, over-priced. This pricey bottle won't last anyone more than 3 weeks w/conservative use. It made my skin look VERY dull while on. It felt like a coating on my skin..like it couldn't breathe. Awful under make-up. I've always said to myself not to stray from my usual skin care..but like the sirens song, one thinks there's something better out there. I've finally realized I'm happy w/what I use. No more pricey experiments.
I had received a sample of this product, but had not tried it. I came down with shingles on my face, and was trying to keep my hands off the spots. In desperation, I ripped open the packet and put the serum on. The truth was that I was not expecting much, but was just hoping for a little relief. To my surprise, the pain and burning immediately stopped! I have had shingles 3 times on my face, and this is the only thing I have found that does that. Furthermore, it speeded up the recovery time considerably. I had a speaking engagement and was good to go within a few days. Just on normal days it visibly reduces the signs of aging Instantly and makes skin luminous. It gives you a silky smooth palette that makeup just glides over. I should try the serum in the black bottle, but haven't done so because I love this one so much.
