I am 76 years old; I've been an educator for 33 years of my life, that's why I buy Cole Haan. I bought #291211 and #670449 for Tad Smith, my son-in-law, who is a Principal in Lake Arrowhead, CA. He raves about Cole Haan shoes; he says they are comfortable, durable, good looking, and reasonable. Tad works in a continuation school and is on his feet all day. I've saved up to buy these beautiful shoes for Tad for Christmas, it's a big surprise.

Prosgood looking, uncomfortable
I was so excited when I opened the box to find this beautiful shoe. Putting them on was a perfect fit, and I could immediately feel the Nike cushion. However, after less than a day of wearing them, I had blisters on my heels so painful I had to take them off. I guess they are cut low so the top of the shoe rides right on your heel. And the leather is stiff, not soft, which compounds the problem. So sadly, they are going back. They do look great, but for me are simply un-wearable.

Prosclassic, professional
I like my dress shoes to have a classic look with the ability to have a high gloss shine. I like the Cole Hahn Air Garrett dress shoe because it meets these requirements. It provides good support. I would have rated it 5 stars, but the shoe while new wears a little stiff.

Prosmenswear-trend
I wanted a pair of menswear shoes to wear with ankle-length trousers and no socks (love those Hue footies!). I couldn't find a pair made for women that I really liked and then I saw these on sale. They are great - so comfortable and yet formal looking and terrific quality.
