Poor craftsmanship but good looking shoe

While I was trying I noticed the leather on the front size is unfinished. Sides were finished well but the the toe side of the stitching. This looked as if the shoes were used and torn up after wearing for sometime. Why not finish all the way?

Still too narrow for me

Really wanted the 2-tone, casual loafer. The shoe construction and colors were great, but I need to return them as they just don't fit me well.
I typically wear a 13.5 D width. Upon reading the reviews, I ordered the 13 in E width and it just won't fit. If you want this shoe, be sure you can wear a shoe with a narrow toe box and a low instep.

Inaccurate Sizing

I have several pairs of various Allen Edmonds shoes in my standard size 10D. Unfortunately, the Boulder Venetian Driving Moccasin in a size 10D fits more like a 10.5D. Hence, they are too long. Allen Edmonds needs to do a better job in making sure their manufacturing process tolerances are true and accurate. Now, I am stuck with a pair of expensive shoes that are too large because I've worn them.

Comfortable casual shoe.

This is my fifth or sixth pair of A&E Boulder shoes. They are my go-to casual shoe, inside and outside. I walk about 5 miles a day, going about my usual business, and I find them perfect for most needs. I also have about 10 pairs of other A&E shoes and boots for other occasions. Bill Winchster, VA
