Got the dress sooner then promised which was a plus! I bought the dress for a wedding. The dress fit like a glove in all the right places with a little give. In a sea of LBDs, I felt confident and stylish wearing it!

I'd been eyeing this dress for awhile...Got it to where to a birthday party and it was a hit... I received many compliments and am very glad I purchased it... had to have dress altered in shoulder area, but other than that, it was comfortable and worth the money!!! Will definitely wear again!!! I purchased this dress online when I was asked to be in a wedding this past March. I am a female that was on the grooms side of the wedding party. When the bride gave me the ok to choose my own dress in black, I quickly went online to Norstrom .com and looked up Maggy London's dresses. I used Maggie London cocktail dresses for the bridesmaids in my wedding so I knew where to go. This dress was perfect for the wedding and something I can definitely wear again after the wedding to a nice dinner or a holiday party. The rouging hid those "problem areas" I was so depurate to hide and silk made the dress comfortable and lightweight in the weather conditions for the outside wedding. My only compliant but not too crucial was that exposure in the breast area. I would suggest to wear a black body shaping tank underneath to hide the ladies in front. I would also like to mention the awesome price and the quick delivery. I rocked this dress and will rock again at another event. The style is timeless and fabulous. Thanks again Maggie and Nordy's! I love this dress. I ordered it in a 10, but I'm a true pear shape so it fit great in breast area, but hugged my hips and butt too much. I then received the 12 which fit great in the lower half, but a bit big in the breast area. I'm having it altered though. This a true statement dress and I can wait to wear it to the ball.
