I was looking for a barrette that is attractive, holds up well and works well w my thick hair. It is perfect! I can pull up half or all of my hair and it holds well. I am very pleased and am thinking about ordering another color. Very fair price. Would purchase again.
I think this line of hair ornaments is overpriced, but they are well crafted and pretty. The metal parts are not sharp on the edges, as they are on cheaper barrettes, so they don’t break your hair. This barrette holds my thick hair when I pull half of it back, but will. It hold all of it.
Holds hair in place and looks sophisticated with little work (I have thick long hair and it hold my hair in a French twist all day). Perfect quick fix for a busy day : ) Great color for Fall/Winter especially. I have this clip in white for Spring/Summer too : )
