Perfect fit, but not for long legged petite

I purchased pair of Hudson jeans and they fit almost perfect. I'm short (5' 3") and about 112lbs. I'm between two sizes (26 and 27) and I decided to buy size 27 because I'm obviously pear shaped. They are little bit loose from waistband but fits perfectly from hips. I'm sure that my hips wouldn't fit into size 26. These jeans have little bit stretch and I like it very flattering. The only thing I don't like that petite is too short for me like most petites. Backs of these doesn't hit ground when I wear flats. My correct inseam is 32" so next time I purchase regular lenght and hem them. My all jeans are size 27 because of my hips so I think these are true to size.

I wanted the Hudson Jeans to work for me but they just didn't fit my curvy figure. I am 5'4, 138 pounds. I carry my weight in my hips and have an average waist size. I initially ordered a size 31P and found the jean was too big all around. I exchanged the 31P for a 30P, which is my regular size. The 30P fit across my hips and but left a 2 inch gap at my waist on the back side. Also, I perfer a boot leg jean than fits snug in the thigh and flares out dramatically from the knee down. The Hudson Jean leg was cut too straight and failed to be snug on my thigh and therefore did not give the flared out look I wanted. I do not like skinny, straight, or baby boot leg jeans on my curvy figure. I returned the Hudson Jean 30p. I have been more satisfied with the curvy fit of the Paige And COH boot leg petite jeans for a curvy fit and have purchase several pairs. I will try the 7 for Mankind jeans next.

Bought these for my mom. They are true to size and figure flattering. Pretty long for a petite. Glad I did not order the regular. My mom is a little under 5'5. The size 29 was perfect for her

Fit was great. I ordered size 31Petite and am 5'2" 143 lbs. To wear with flats they would need to be hemmed but otherwise are a good length for heels maybe just a touch long but not enough to make me take the time and pay for hemming. Not a lot of stretch which I actually like because they tend to hold their shape better that way.
