I am in love with this line. I started out with the cream and then purchased the lip balm and the radiant infusion. This line really does not disappoint and actually delivers the results it claims in a short amount of time. I received a sample of this new serum when I purchased the radiant infusion. As usual, after trying it the first time I saw results. I noticed some fine lines around my mouth were less prominent and that my acne scars were healing faster and lighter in color. I did not see immediate results with the pore size reduction but am confident that I will see this after using the product a bit longer. My skin is also super soft. So far, La Mer has delivered on all its claims so I'm sure this product will be no different. I plan on adding a couple more products as this line has really provided amazing results. My skin feels great and I feel more confident!

Not at all what I hoped for!

When you have to save in order to try something that is promised as lightning in a bottle for your skin, and then you purchase it and you see nothing is so sad. And I did figure that something this expensive and by this company, it had to be incredible. I am so disappointed and I feel like all the sacrifices I went through in order to purchase this was all for nothing.

I LOVE this serum, BUT.... La Mer, I beg you...PLEASE design a different bottle for your serums. The length of the tube isn't long enough to reach the product sitting in the bottom, and so much product is around the sides. It would be better if it had an applicator like the concentrate, although still not ideal. I love this serum! I've gone through multiple regular sizes and a few grande bottles. Sadly, I WILL NOT buy another serum from you until the packing is addressed! I don't mind spending money on luxury items that work, BUT...for the money spent on your products, consumers should be getting every drop of product. It's not very luxurious to use extra long q-tips to get your serum out of a poorly designed bottle.
