Skin feels great- very poor design

Prossoft skin
My husband purchased the Regenerating Serum along with the 2oz Creme for my Christmas present. The Creme will last almost one year, however the Regnerating Serum lasted short of one month. The pump used is too short to "pull" all of the product up. I only used it at night and it went way too fast. Good serum, but not worth the amount he paid with the poor product design.

I have tried many serums and this simply fantastic. Light, rich and luxurious. I noticed an immediate improvement in my skin tone, texture and behaviour.

Prosdecreased appearance of lines, makes application of la creme luxurious, no heavy scent, smooth feel to skin
I have used this serum in the past and as I've gotten older I thought I would try it again since I was noticing lines I would like to not see at least as prominently. Added this to my regimen of the gel cleanser and Crème de la Mer and noticed an immediate improvement in the appearance of my skin. Lines looked plumped up or certainly less apparent than they had been. I always think there might be a better product line out there but I always come back to La Mer. The patting the product and pressing it in to the skin is also a really good idea. Took me a while to realize that one. So following their directions seemed to make for better application than just rubbing everything in. Superior serum experience. I am 65 years old. Need a little help and this gives a lot.

I've been using LaMer product for approximately14 years. The problem I've always had with your packaging is waste at my expense. except for a couple of products weather hard or soft much product is lost. I cut open the soft containers an extract a significant amount that's stuck to the walls. problem it dryers up in a couple of days leaving unused product. I have purchased thousands of dollars on LaMer and would like to know if your R&D are at least considering some changes. I buy across all of your lines. Also, I would like to see miracle broth across the total spectrum.
