Love the Serum hate the dropper...

I too have the same issue with the packaging. This is my 1st bottle, love the product but I have the same problem with messy cap and the product seems to run out too fast even though I only use 1 to 2 small drops as it's hard to work with the dropper. Overall I'm still a big La Mer fan.

love the serum, however, it does not last long at all, and, it appears that it is not packaged fully, hard to get the serum out of the dropper............please, repackage it, and make it easier to use...i use,foam cleanser, eye concentrate, hydrating serum, gel in summer, cream in winter,lip balm and foundation,this product is good, but way to expensive and hard to get at with the dropper........i have been an avid la mer user for at least 5 years and LOVE the products...............nonnie

i really like this product, but I really don't like the packaging, I always feel like the LeMer products are great but you leave so much of it in the bottle. I've also had a problem with this bottle leaking when I'm traveling.

This serum is THE BEST I have ever tried, however, I too have had problems with the bottle and dropper. The amount in the bottle just doesn't seem to be the full ounce. The first bottle I purchased, I thought maybe I used too much at a time. The second bottle went just as fast! Even though my skin looks amazing with this product, I will not buy it again until the packaging has been changed. I am a true believer in La Mer. IT WORKS! Just very disappointed in this product.
