Fun--not matronly MOB dress! I bought this in the vintage rose color for my daughter's upcoming spring wedding in Miami. The color is beautiful--more like blush champagne. I am only 5'1", so it would be great if it was available in a petite size, but this tea length is very flattering. The dress and jacket fit perfectly, hiding all kind of figure flaws, is extremely comfortable, and elegantly feminine. The fabric is lustrous, and has a lot of fluid movement when walking or dancing. The beads are violet, gold, and amber colored--not what is on the web-site--but it somehow works. Because of those, I was in a quandary about what jewelry to wear. Definitely no necklace. I finally splurged on the Marco Bicego double pearl and gemstone chandelier earrings and his gold, pearl and diamond bracelet.

Fit is perfect, the dress moves with you, comfortable and very figure falttering, color is beautiful and true to the picture, deep purple "Noble Italian" perfect for holiday parties, can't wait to wear it!!

Unfortunately, I had to return the dress. It was really big. So if you are ordering, order one size smaller. I am 5'6 and the dress hit about 2in. longer than on the model in the picture. This dress really would look much better on a tall, thin person or really beautiful on a Plus size lady. If you are average height and a little above average weight, it will make you look very matronly and larger than you are. Other than this, the dress is absolutely gorgeous, the material is very soft and elegant. Anyone that sees this dress on someone will immediately know that it is a very expensive dress. I just wish it would have worked for me as I wanted to wear it to my daughters wedding.
