Beautiful dress. I'm torn between this dress and a plum "Alex Evenings" dress for granddaughters wedding. The date is upon me so either dress will be lovely. I purchased this dress in the violet, and the color is so rich you feel you look your best. Very flattering to any shape or age. I am 69 and feel perfectly at ease in this dress.

I love this Komarov dress. I ordered the Ash Black and it is a rich pewter color, very feminine and makes me feel like a lady but oh so very comfortable. My son is getting married next month at an outside venue and this dress is light, airy, and so pretty. I'm 5' 4" so this is more of a tea length dress which I like better for a wedding. I have my sparkling pewter sandles and I can't wait to wear it.

I first tried this dress on at the store, but in black, and since that was NOT going to be ok with my daughter, I ordered it online. Originally, I was going for the Ash Black, but that was not available in the size I needed, so I went with the Moroccan Blue. It is a gorgeous dress in a beautiful color! And it compliments my figure. I am sure it will be stunning next to the wedding party in yellow and grey. I have to find shoes yet, but probably going for silver strappy sandals w a low heel. I am looking forward to shopping for a little accessory for it as well, but it really won't need much. The only thing I am not happy about is the price, but o well...this is a special occasion, and I believe I will be able to wear it for other formal events, so it shall not become the dress that I paid too much to wear only once!
