This didn’t work out for me. After the first use my skin became irritated and red. I stuck with it, hoping the initial reaction would subside. However, it simply got worse and after a few days the texture of my skin became dry and rough. This surprised me as I have the least sensitive skin in the world. I have never experienced a reaction so bad so quickly. I returned it. Thank goodness for Nordstrom return policy as this is a pricey product.
This is a wonderful product that does what it says. It makes a noticeable difference on my face. I have darker areas on the sides of my face (patches, and not real dark), so I use this 2 times a day, morning and night. It isn't greasy. It is the only product I would purchase even if Clinique did not have a bonus going!
What I like most about the dark spot corrector, beside it's lightening abilities, is that it seems to smooth out my skin. There are certain small spots on my face that are slightly thicker than the rest. The dark spot corrector has smoothed or thinned those spots. I recently tried another product and within days I noticed that my skin was reverting back. Darkening and not as smooth. Switched back to the Clinique and will never change again.
