Having seborrheic keratoses, I've been using this product continuously since it first became available. Although it doesn't work miracles on my dark spots, as I had originally hoped that it would, it does seem to lighten them somewhat. It feels soft and smooth both while being applied and afterward before applying a moisturizer with sunscreen, as recommended. Knowing that I'll be buying it again in the future and conscious of value, I always purchase the larger (3.4 oz.) size.
