I have been using Bare Mineral foundation for years. I do not like to look like I am wearing a ton of makeup and I feel this gives me a very natural look.
I've been using Bare Minerals powder makeup for years. Now that I'm getting older with some wrinkles I have to use with a lighter hand but it makes my skin look so nice and polished. Easy to use, easy to remove.
Being over 50,I was getting pretty tired of the liquid foundation routine with the damp sponge or brush. I’d tried bareMinerals eons ago but decided to give it another try. A nice Nordstrom beauty rep told me I ‘d bee applying it incorrectly. I had done the tap tap thing, then put it on my face where it just looked blah. I followed her sage advice ,really working it in wi circular motions, using just a tiny bit. Voila ! What a difference.The powder seemed to turn to an a great lightly glowing finish with no settling in lines or streaking. I use it on top of my moisturizer and primer! I finished wi a setting spray, but it’s not necessary, looks just as flattered without. Love the result. And several people this week have asked what I use, what shade, etc. It’s very subtle and fresh looking with medium coverage. I have fair skin, brown eyes, light reddish hair. I’ve taken good care of myself, still love finding new products. bareMinerals has been around a while, of course, but I didn’t like it the fist time I tried it. I’m so glad I tried it again, applying as the professional advised! I use Fairly Light, which is not too light, giving just enough subtle glow.. Also, it takes precious minutes off the morning makeup rush.
