I love these Tom's wedges so much that I have 4 different pairs. I agree that the first wearing can be a little painful, but once they are broken in they are wonderful. Make sure to buy the Foot Petals heel pads that stick into the shoe before you wear them for the first time. This will prevent blisters, ouch!

This is my first pair of Toms. I wasn't quite sure about what size to get based on Nordstrom's advice to order a 1/2 size up and the other reviews where some said they fit just right, some said too big. I normally wear an 8.5 in most shoes, but since it was noted that they will stretch I decided to order an 8. I'm glad I did, they were tight at first but started to stretch out after the first wear. Now they fit like a glove. I love these shoes! I gave it 4 stars because it is a little pricey for a canvas wedge.

I'm bought these to replace a old pair - comfortable causal shoe with a heal.. Perfect!
