This is my "go to" color for everything dressy. Sheer color gives just the right amount of color and shine to my lips when I don't want to go too pale, but still want to look pretty and polished.
This lip product felt sticky on my lips.. I was really disappointed in this particular lip product and had to return it. I prefer lip products that feel smooth. This did not. It’s more of a tacky feeling on the lips. Had to return.
I Purchased the color Lily. I have reddish brown hair brown eyes, fair complexion and very little lip pigmentation. It is very difficult to find the a peachy orange for me that looks natural or doesn't turn pink on me. This color is perfect, it matches Clinique cheek pop in Melon beautifully. The texture is so smooth and creamy, not thick like a lipstick but not over the top glossy like a lipgloss. Several days after receiving the Lip Chic I decided to order more, but Nordstrom had run out of Lily, luckily I was able to find it on Chantecaille website. I was relieved to see that Lily is back in stock at Nordstrom and hope this color is never discontinued and plan to make future purchases with Nordstrom just because They are so awesome. After reading that Nordstrom was taking care of their employees during Covid 19, it gave me even more love plus respect for the company.
Moisturizing, perfect amount of color. I fill in my lips with one of Chantecaille's lip liner and keep this in my purse for continuous color throughout the day. Doesn't have as much staying power as their lipsticks, but this is my favorite for day time use as my lips are always dry.
