I can't tell you about the Lip Chic because I have not received the item. I got an email that says I did. I ordered two items. One of them came but the other did not. I am careful to go through the packages. I will say that the first item (Chantecaille eye shadow) was in much too large of a box with a single tissue paper. I saved the box because it was a nice sturdy one. I am hoping the other shipment will show up and that as it is just a tube of lipstick, it won't be in a giant box! And in the future, please don't put large items mixed with small items. That happened to me recently with Nordstrom. I have been a Nordstrom customer since I was a young girl. Please continue to provide the excellent customer service I have always appreciated.

This is my first lip product purchase from Chantecaille. It's hard for me to find a lipstick that I love or that looks good on my thin lips ... this one does. Tea Rose is a beautiful color - not too dark, not to light ... just perfect for me. I've been wearing it alone and also or on top of another lipstick. Happy with my purchase.
