After just three weeks of use, the top of the case where the brush is has cracked. I have seen this before with plastic packaging but only after months of use. The mascara is so thick that it is difficult to apply without getting mascara all over my eyelids. I have to either wipe the brush off on a paper towel to get the excess off (it is at the back of the brush as well as at the tip) or run a clean brush over it and use that to apply. All in all, an unsatisfactory experience for a very expensive product.
This mascara goes on so well, making your lashes appear very natural, but with a boost. The brush gets every lash and the mascara coats beautifully! Only regret is that it is pricey!
I was really hopeful about this mascara, but it made my lashes really flat and the product smudged. By the end of the day it had all run under my eyes. For the price and brand reputation I expect a higher quality product. Returning this.
