My boyfriend got me the grey ones and they feel really cheap. maybe it's the color? They don't feel as high-quality as the UGG boots i've bought before. i'm definitely returning them for a different pair cos these don't feel WORTH $180 dollars. my little sister got the chestnut ones and they feel AMAZING. they're high quality but these grey ones are gross and disappointing. the fur isn't dense and thick and they flop over very easily. i attached pictures to my review. i don't know WHY nordstrom would ship out such bad quality Uggs to someone. i am really disappointed and now i have to go through the fuss of returning them. i've owned many pairs of uggs and i KNOW these aren't what REAL HIGH-QUALITY Uggs feel like.

These were the hit of Christmas and so easy to order with free shipping. Arrived plenty early to put under the tree for my granddaughters. I had seen them at Dillard's here locally, but of course they didn't have the size. After they struggled with their computer system and "thought" they had two pairs somewhere that they could ship to me, I thought better of it and said I would check on my own and order online. Nordstrom had them, shipped them and they were perfect.
