I bought these via Nordstrom.com and they were delivered promptly, in the right size and color, and properly packaged (a nice UGGs box which I can giftwrap inside an outer shipping box that wasn't a giant packing crate!).
I'm personally not a fan of UGGs. I own two pair, both of which I bought before I discovered that plush-lined boots and shoes CAN be cute and offer support and a formed footbed. To me UGGs have a flat footbed, which is not so great for someone in their mid-50's.
For someone in their mid-7's however, these babies are a dream. They are just what she wants. Nordi's shipped 'em right to my door, I know I can exchange them hassle-free if they aren't a good fit (I can look at them and tell they will be) and best of all, they're going to elicit screams come Christmas morning.
Thank you, Nordstroms. For several years running, you've made this grandmother's holidays exceptionally bright!
I love my uggs! What can I say, they are comfortable, cute, and can be worn fashionably to work. I already own the original boots (5 colors black, brown, caramel, grey and another black hard sole boot in addition to my ugg slippers ). If you are looking for stylish, warm, and good quality boots i would definitely recommend it.
