My 13 year old daughter is very happy with her new Uggs. We had to have them shipped due to her size being unavailable at store and she was of course super bummed out about that...but in the end she was happy about her purchase. Well until the dog chewed off one of her buttons! Tears of course! But we have requested a few replacement buttons from Ugg and that process seemed to be fairly easy as well.
I had to replace my uggs this year and I was sad the black tall zip ups are no longer available. I really like the Bailey Button Triplet because they are different and are still professional enough for me to where to/from work and keep me WARM! I may be crazy but I think the Triplet black looks richer than the classic tall black too. I'm a size 5 in womens and ordered the 4. I had a 3 but went a size up this year in hopes of not wearing out the heels as fast.

These are so comfortable, the I'm an 8 in woman's for most shoes, which would made me a 6 in the kids sizes, but I found out that a 5 is a better fit. Luckily for me, I have smaller feet so I can save a few bucks by buying the kids sizes, and these don't disappoint! Love them!!
