Unexpectedly nice - but a little drying

I am guilty of buying some Chantecaille products just for the packaging. However this cleanser is in a fairly boring white plastic tube luckily, as I feel Chantecaille is overpriced. I was surprised at how little you need of this cleanser, once you add water it turns into quite a lot of luxurious creamy foam. I was also surprised by the addition of a few (very few) exfoliation particles as it wasn't mentioned in the name. It smelled divine, and I liked the feel of it on my skin while cleansing. It did however leave my skin feeling a little tight and dry afterward. Given the price tag, it is probably not a repurchase for me.

Gentle but effective

Received an 8ml sample of this which was enough for me to try if for a few days. It's pleasant to apply and foams up really well. A little goes a long way. Although it's quite gentle I could feel the rice bran gently exfoliating my face as I cleansed. As a cleanser it's very effective. My face and décolletage felt squeaky clean after cleansing. I like the subtle fresh fragrance very much.

Another 5 star from Chantecaille (my new fave brand in space Nk). Beautiful, sensory cleanser, foaming and gentle. I use it in the morn or as as 2nd cleanse at night. Beautiful light foam and smell. Leaves you clean without stripping your skins natural barrier.

One of my favourite cleansers

This product has been around for years for the simple reason, it's completely wonderful. The scent is divine and not overpowering, you need a very small amount so it goes a long way, it foams beautifully creating a creamy lather that doesn't strip the skin. Worth every penny.
