best wash off cleanser

I love all Chantecaille products and finally pulled the trigger on this one. I tend to use balm/oil type cleansers as I find wash off cleansers harsh, they don't remove make up effectively or they are just meh. You only need a tiny amount and I added to a damp face. It quickly lathered into a rich creamy foam with small grainy bits. It left my face soft and smooth, squeaky clean but not stripped or dry. I love it!! Its expensive but you only need a pea sized amount. Anyone with sensitive skin should go easy on the pressure because of the grains. Would suit a range of skin types. Mine is dry/dehydrated. Highly recommended. I'm going to hide it before my husband discovers it.....

Love this cleanser - I have skin that can 'flare up' if I'm not careful and whilst this does have some exfoliation, it is gentle enough for me to use every day. It removes all my make up (including mascara - although not waterproof) and leaves my skin clear.

I love this cleanser. It gives a gentle exfoliant at the same time as cleaning the face. My face feels so amazing after using - clean and fresh. I would recommend it to anyone but maybe not for daily use if you have extra sensitive skin. Mine is quite sensitive and I use it freely but perhaps exercise a little caution when first using just in case.

I received a sample of this when I purchased other Chantecaille products. I would never normally buy a foaming cleanser, as I have normal/dry skin and find them quite drying. Not so with this cleanser! There is a very subtle scent and gentle foaming which causes absolutely no irritation and is a joy to use! Removes makeup, doesn’t sing my eyes and I actually look forward to using this. Will buy the full size. As with most Chantecaille products, this is lovely.
