i love chantecaille products, as i got really serious sensitive skin. the product is so gentle, i could use it day and night. the foam is not too much, but it is ok for me. the smelling is super natural. using it make me comfort. recommend it to all my friends

If you like foaming face washes then this is the best one i have ever tried. Its expensive but you only need a tiny drop and it goes a long way. Lasts a long time. Its got bits in it so slightly exfoliating as well. I wouldn't recommend if you have dry skin though unless you follow with a oil. I have bought over a couple times now and will continue.

I love this range from Chantecaille and have used and written reviews for the healing emulsion and mask. Based on these great products I bought this. I am a fan of an oil or balm cleanser and I did buy this wondering if I would like it being I thought probably less moisturing and perhaps leave my skin feeling a bit 'stripped'. Well no it does not. It is a very pleasant cleanser. It comes out of the tube as a paste with a bit of abrasion in it which quickly dissolve when applied with water. It's very nice and I would use again but probably in hotter weather and when my skin feels less in need of a deep moisturing cleanse which I only feel with an oil or balm. It's convenient to use traveling and removes eye make-up too. I will keep one for travelling (if we can again!) but revert to a balm/oil for everyday. To sum up. Wonderful but for a mature skin maybe not for everyday hense why only 4 stars.

This is a product that I really wanted to love -Chantecaille is such a beautiful brand. Sadly this wasn't the case. The fragrance is gorgeous, but even using the smallest amount, this product is very drying. I often find this is the case with foam cleansers, but this one was deceptively harsh. I say deceptively, because everything about the brand suggests gentle respect for the skin.
It is brilliant for cleaning make up brushes - but not a cost effective solution for that use!
