Makes skin look amazing

I was given a sample in store because I have oily, acne prone skin (to the point where I’m on antibiotics to prepare me for roaccutane). When using the creamy texture felt great, but afterwards it felt like it dried my skin a bit too much, especially how it felt right afterwards. I persevered with the sample and found that while it did strip my skin too much (not much of a surprise considering I have fairly sensitive skin too) it really helped my complexion look much smoother and even helped with the redness, which I was so happy about.
Unfortunately, I can’t use it because of the drying effect it had on my skin, however my friend who also got a sample absolutely loves it. I would definitely recommend using it, but just use a sample first to make sure it’s good for your skin type.

Expensive, but...

Every time I repurchase this (and a tube lasts me around eight months) I swear I will not do it again. It is (even by Chantecaille standards) ridiculously expensive. And yet I still buy it...
Why? A miniscule amount (the size of a petit pois) combined with warm water will thoroughly cleanse the whole face and neck. Even better still (writing as a man) this cleanser is thick yet creamy enough that I can also use the remainder as a very luxurious and soothing shaving foam. So perversely I actually save money in that I don’t need yet another product to shave with.
I have a skin that is very much on the oily side, so I can well understand why other reviewers with drier complexions don’t get on with this product. This IS a five star product in many ways, but I have deducted a star because of the price and the fact that not everyone is going to get along with this.

I got one sample from Spacenk, the texture of Geranium Foaming Cleanser is interesting, it's a scrub kind foaming cleanser, my skin is super clean and breathing after using it. For a small sample, I used it for almost a week, you don't really need much to get enough foam for whole face. In this case, this price is not too crazy and if you get it when spacenk has prmotions, it defenitely worth it. Planing to get normal size product after I finished my current cleaners.

I think this is my favourite of all the Chantecaille products and definitely may favourite cleanser of all time. Foaming wash off facial cleaners seem to be less and less in vogue but I do like using water and a nice foam is satisfying. OK so there are plenty of super cheap and very basic ones but not so many which offer more. Yes, this product comes with a Chantecaille price tag but not only does it justify it in terms of results and delivery on promises made it also lasts forever. You really do only need a tiny (compared to the cheap and cheerful) amount and therefore it actually exceeds on value for money and it also doubles as a really good face mask too - there's the extra star! I don't have particularly problematic skin and I don't wear a lot of makeup so if either of those apply to you may may not be the huge fan I am but hey I can only tell you what it's like for me.
